Late Arrival at Narita T1

Our flight arrives at Narita approx. 20:00, 28th December 2022. I would like to reserve seats on the NEX in advance and collect the tickets on arrival. But I see that the Service Centre closes at 18:00. Can I collect the tickets at any Ticket Office situation in Terminal 1? Does the Ticket Office close at 21:45?

I strongly recommend against making advance reservations. This is because you don't know when you will actually be through customs and ready to board the train and because the trains almost never sell out, especially not late in the evening. I recommend to make reservations after arriving at the ticket machine or manned ticket counter which remains open until 21:45.
