Is the eateries open at Toyusu Fish Market?

Hi there, need to check if the restaurants at Toyusu Fish Market opened during its market closed days? We are intending to visit Toyusu and Tsukji Fish Market but it seems that on the 26th January 2023 states that the fish market is closed, but we want to know if the small eateries and restaurant still operates and open during this day? Thank you in advance for the info that anyone can provide us.
