Does anyone know if Kofukuji Pagoda is covered for renovation right now? I read in Japan Guide it says renovation is delayed because of rising cost. Does that mean the pagoda is not covered with scaffolding right now?

Indeed, the renovations were delayed. There has been no announcement yet when it will be done. Until then, the pagoda remains uncovered.
