Tickets for Anime Japan 2023?

How do I get tickets for admission and cosplay for Anime Japan 2023 to be held in Tokyo March 25 & 26?

Outside Japan. You don't.

Within Japan. The event ticketing machines at combinis.

I tried to order tickets online, but they always want a japanese adress/phone number in order process :(
It looks like there is no way for people who live outside of japan.

However, you can’t apply for the AJ stage lottery with these. You can’t purchase the special 10th anniversary tickets either. You can only buy admission tickets.

I was able to buy a ticket from Animate’s online store with the “right” to apply for the lottery. I could pay with my American credit card too. But there’s a catch. First, you need an account with Animate. Also, it seems like I’d have to pick it up in person in early March to get the serial code to apply.
