Shimanami Kaido - which island for cycling?

We start from Imabari, and ferry stops at 3 islands - Oshima, Hakatashima and Innoshima. Planned to rent a bike and do a proper cycling tour on just one of them - but which one?
Preferred is slow landscape cycling, between villages and agricultural fields (not fast fly on roads).

Out of those 3 options my pick would be Innoshima, because it is least impacted by the through traffic and has several sightseeing spots.

But if I had free decision Ifd pick Omishima. Depending on where the ferry docks on Hakatashima it is very close. Omishima has a cycling path through the areas not impacted by any through traffic.
