Do I need to reserve seats in advance in order to travel to Takamatsu Bus Terminal from Nankai Kosoku Bus Centre?

Reservation seems to be mandatory.

The reservation website says your credit card of
VISA, Master Card, JCB or American Express
can be used for your payment.
