Tulips at Tonami 30-31 March?

I will visit Tokyo, Japan by the end of this month, March 2023
I want to see tulips and as what I read Tonami is the largest Tulips Garden in Japan. Do you think, due the warmer winter, I can get Tulips if I visit it on 30 or 31 March 2023?
Otherwise, I won't spend time almost a whole day going there from Tokyo if there is no possibilities to see tulips there.

Tonami tulip park located in hanazono machi,
toyama prefecture.Firstly go to shin takaoka station,then tonami statin by local train,then 15 min on foot.u need 1300 yen for admision

The tulip fair is advertised as 4/22 to 5/5 this year so I wouldn't be optimistic about march
