How much is it for a suitcase less than 52 lbs from Narita to Yokohama port. We arrive on 4/18, but don't depart from Yokohama till April 22.

Probably around 2,000 yen, provided the size (length + width + thickness) is under 160cm.
You should be able to send it to c/o your hotel, or a convenience store (if available).
