Kansai thru pass to Arima-Onsen?

I am not 100% sure, but I believe that the local buses (as opposed to express and highway buses) from Sannomiya and Shin-Kobe to Arima Onsen are covered, but that the highway buses from Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe are not covered.

it is not Hankyu bus.
Hankyu is a brand name of the conglomerate.
the bus line, Umeda - Arima, is operated by Hankyu Expressway bus.
