Ama divers visit

Hoping to catch the Ama divers and it seems around Shima could be the place for this? We will be there shortly with a car and would appreciate some advice on how best to do it - not too touristy or professional maybe , and where best to get one of their bbq seafood meals ?

Thanks. It looks like the Shima port area could be best for the Ama lunch visit. There seem to be several around there and we are wondering which is recommended?
