Naha Airport to Tomari in less than 1 hour?

Our flight to Naha lands at 8h55 (domestic) and we aim to catch the ferry to Tokashiki (from Tomari habour), departing at 10h, with tickets that need to be picked up by 09h45, so giving us less than an hour time between landing, picking up our checked-in bags, leaving the airport and commuting by taxi to the harbour. Is` that realistic at all or shall we better plan for the afternoon ferry from the start instead?
