Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route Web Tickets

I'm trying to book advance tickets for the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route.
I tried to book the Ogizawa to Murodo roundtip ticket and the site asks me for a departure time. From what I understand, the schedule only applies to the Tateyama Cable Car, which I won't be riding. Does that mean I can input any departure time for that field?
Also, how's the crowd during a Tuesday? As much as possible, I want to avail of the day tickets but I'm not sure if I could get one.
