Can I buy a Welcome Suica Card online before leaving home? Or do I have to get one after arriving at Haneda (either from a vending machine or from the JR Ticket Office)? Having it ahead of our trip might save time upon arrival at Haneda Airport. Does the 28-day period begin on the purchase date? or on the day of first usage? Actually, I will have to stand in line at the JR Ticket Office to pick up my JR Rail Pass anyway. What's the best approach? Thanks!
