Osanbashi terminal to Yobashi store

We are Australians travelling to Japan soon.
Please advise best travel plan for travel by public transport from Osanbashi international cruise terminal to Yodobashi Camera store Yokohama? What is the likely time to travel each way to store? Cost of fare?

Recommended route / train or bus to/ from store?

Can we purchase tickets using credit card or cash? -If so are purchase machine instructions in english?
Alternately is there English speaking train/ bus personnel who could assist us?

That doesnt sound right. If you mean the Yodobashi Camera by Yokohama station from Google I see that you get the Minatomirai line from Nihon-Odori to Yokohama station. It's 4 stops & 230 Yen. The Train announcements will probably be in Japanese & English and you will be able to read the station names.

As Stan Norrel wrote, you should take Minatomirai line from Nihon-Odori to Yokohama. Take smart phone and see Google map. Or you may better have a sheet of paper printing "YODOBASHI CAMERA" and ask someone around at Yokohama station. She/he will show you the direction.

Unfortunately Minatomirai line does not accept credit card at present (they accept when you buy monthly pass) so you must have some cash (Japanese yen only). You can buy one-day ticket from the vending machine (460 yen per person). The default mode is in Japanese, but you can change it by pressing "international" or "english" button.
