New onsen facility in Haneda

Hi All, Does anyone have experience with the new onsen facility in Haneda (Izumi Tenku no Yu)? From their website ( https://www.hvf.jp/eng/hanedaairport-grand/spa/), I understand that I have to pay \8,800 in total since I land in Haneda at 1AM. Question is - they say the onsen will be closed from 10AM to 1PM for cleaning. So, where should I stay/rest during that time? I plan to take a domestic flight from Haneda at around 3PM. One more question, can I walk from Haneda-International Terminal to Izumi Tenku no Yu? At 1AM, I'm afraid there's no shuttle bus/train available across terminals. Many thanks.
