Fruit Picking in Hokkaido

Hello everyone! We will be doing a road trip in mid May from Norboribetsu to Lake Toya, then onwards to Otaru, Furano, Asahikawa, Sounkyo then back to Sapporo. Wondering if there are any fruit picking opportunities along our route? Have seen Sobetsu Fruit Village as a possibility, but their Japanese website did not mention opening hours and what fruit will be available for picking.
