I tried buying tickets for Shibazakura festival 2023 and it requires me to create an account which I did.
However, I encounter error in my surname and name and home address. how do i go about resolving it? Thank you.

Since there is no middle name in Japan, do not enter a middle name.
The address should be the address of the hotel where you are staying.
If you use translation software, etc., you will be able to check addresses that contain both kanji and numbers.

I manage to translate my name and address but encountered error in payment.
I tried both visa and mastercard but both failed.
Any idea what went wrong?

Tickets for the day can be purchased locally, but it seems that you have to make a reservation online for a round-trip bus or express bus set.

It seems that Visa and Mastercard can be used, but it says that you need to register for a personal authentication service (3D Secure).
