COE- Online Application

Anyone who has himself or whose lawyer applied for the COE through the Immigration Online Residency System and added the Applicant as an Email Recipient? After the Application Examination is completed, do you receive an email directly from Immigration? [(Just like the Emails when the application is accepted (example: Notice of Application Acceptance Number)]
If yes, have you received the Completion Email before the COE is dispatched?
I am kind of confused about this point, would appreciate it if someone can answer.
