Hello,
Is there still a dinner cruise on the Sumida River or any other waters in Tokyo? I am planning a visit in April. I am not sure if dinner cruises are offered only in the summer months. Any information and details will be appreciated.

Yes, done nearly year around. But mainly Friday - Sunday it seems.
For April you are too early to book. Try about 3 months before.
