Tax record

Good day
I want to ask if where can i request a record of my paid taxes in the last couple of years
Income tax,municipal tax,health insurance

If you were employed, you were supposed to get these records from your employer in the form of annual gensenchoshuhyo documents and payslips.

If you were self-employed, you were supposed to pay the tax yourself and keep the records for several years.

If you don't have these documents or did not receive them, you should be able to get the data at your municipal office, e.g. city, ward, town or village hall.
