Camino Blanco de Hakusan Shirakawago

Planning to drive from Kanazawa to Shirikawago on the Camino Balnco road - On October 2023. However, according to google maps, it seems like the road is only partial accessible. Any one knows why? is it only temporary?

In English and Japanese it is called "Hakusan White Road". It is closed due to snow from mid November to early June:
