How: Tokyo 24-hr pass from Haneda via Keikyu

As I understand, I can take Keiku Airport Line - Keikyu Main Line - Asakusa Line to Tokyo station
and there is no need to change train for the route (remain onboard the whole time).
The Tokyo 24 hour pass can cover the "Asakusa Line" portion.
I am wondering how to buy a ticket at Haneda airport just for the Keikyu portion!

Asakusa Line does not go to Tokyo station. Gets close, like Nihombashi or Higasi-Ginza, but Tokyo requires a transfer.
how to buy a ticket at Haneda
Ticket machine. Easier is to use an IC card.
