Obon in Toyama - Owara Kaze no bon

Anyone experienced Owara Kaze no bon in Toyama, please advise me.
How big is the festival and how variant is each night? Should I stay there all 3 nights or 1st night is a must? Or 3rd night is a must?
I want to visit Ainokura, stay a night and get back from there to Tokyo. But I'm afraid I'll miss the most significant dances (usually last night is best, isn't it?)
