Lavender fields in Furano this July

Hi, I will be arriving in Hokkaido on 25 July and would start my Furano tour on 26 July. would I still be able to to see the lavender fields in full bloom at this time? Main purpose of my visit is to see the beautiful lavender carpets, followed by the rest of the flower beds in bloom at that time. If the optimal viewing is already over by then, then I may skip it this year and plan early for next July instead. I plan to stay in Furano 2 days and Biei 1 day for the flower viewings.

I will be Hokkaido for about 2 weeks till 10 August.

What is the average daily temperature during this period?
