Is Enoshima Tower re-entry allowed?

We're planning our trip for December and wondering if reentry is allowed to the Garden and Tower.

We want to go up the Tower in the morning, see the view during the day, leave, walk around Enoshima, have lunch, etc, then go back in the evening to see the illumination and views from the Tower after sunset.

It seems that entry to the garden in daytime (before 17:00) is now free.
To the tower I think you can�ft renter.
