Kick scooter

I am planning to buy a kick scooter, the news says it won't require a liscence but it needs a plate number. Where i can get the plate number? Thank you.

For electric kick scooters to be eligible for that (meaning no driverfs license required), it needs to meet the requirements of:
- the rider is at least 16 years old
- the scooter size must be max 190 cm (height), 60cm (width)
- speed must be 20km/6km per hour (20km/hr for when riding on the road and 6km/hr for riding on the pedestriansf sidewalk, with an indicator for which speed you are going at)
- must meet other safety standards such as having an indicator for max speed (for 20km and 6km), etc.

I believe you can get the license plate at a city hall near where you live - you take the purchase/sale certificate for the scooter, your stamp, and your ID, and go to the citizenfs tax department.
Also please be sure to purchase an insurance plan (ask at a convenience store), and get the insurance sticker onto the license plate.
