Marriage Proposal Spots in Kanazawa

Hello wonderful people,

My and my partner are going to Japan from mid November to early December. I am planning on popping the question during our trip. My thought is to do this during our time in Kanazawa in mid November. I am looking for suggestions on some lovely spots in or around Kanazawa which may serve well for this purpose.

Any suggestions are much appreciated :)

Kenrokuen would be my pick, though the restaurant at Hakuchoro hotel is really nice with stained glass windows

I haven't been there, but if the weather is nice, the Utatsuyama observatory（miharashi-dai,見晴らし台） might be nice (especially in the evening and at night). I think it's better to go by taxi. I think there are a lot of insects in the summer, and it's hot, so a different location would be better.

Last order is 5:30 pm and closing time is 6 pm, so if it's winter when the sun sets early, you might be able to stop by after enjoying the night view.

The same museum also has sets of pipes that are in pairs and each emerge from the ground at different places, ending in a trumpet-mouth shape so that couples can speak to each other through them. That might also make for a quirky proposal.

i was also thinking about the pool, which i think is a really cool idea to propose from beyond. only problem is that she might not hear you, cause as far as i remember the sounds are shielded between beyond and above.
