JR-Pass - worth it?

Sorry, but I am a bit confused about pass prices, train prices.
If anyone knows, with just one one way trip from Tokyo-Kyoto and then one more one way from Kyoto-Mishima, does the JR-pass make sense to buy? I am guessing "no" with that little use in a 7 day pass? This would be in November, if that matters. Thank you.

Sorry, I misread. I thought you would go back to Tokyo with a stop at Mishima.
For these 2 trips : no.

At current prices - no. Not really close. After the price increase, even more no.
Even if you were doing a Tokyo to Kyoto round trip, no.
