maximum time limit for getting the coe?

I applied for the COE In the month of march 2023. Now 6 months finished. From the immigration, they are saying reviewing. Still waiting for the COE. Don't know when it will arrive.
In current situation, what is the maximum time limit for getting the coe? if anybody knows then please update.
