Arashiyama: Autumn Light-up b/w 2 temples

We plan to go Hogon-in for autumn light-up Nov 28th [\600/pax]. Now I found Rokuouin also holding a light-up event [\2,500]. However, only 150 pax allowed and ticket must be bought online. Huge difference in entrance fee but if Rokuouin is much better than Hogon-in then we may change our plan. What do you think?
I had looked at Rokuouin for a daytime visit earlier but skipped it since we are short of time [There is medication event which visitors need to participate in]. I presume no such event for the evening light-up?
