Nikko Pass Working Visa

Can I avail the Nikko Pass if I'm here in Japan on a working visa?
I get that some passes are only for foreign tourists but I'm not quite sure with the Nikko Pass.

The page states "NIKKO PASS is only available to foreign travelers. However, Japanese nationals accompanying foreign travelers can also purchase the pass."
