KiX airport bus to Kyoto

We plan to take the airport bus from KIX to Kyoto and wants to know whether the bus will drop us off at Shijo Karasuma bus stop as indicated in their website.

Currently, Shijo Karasuma does not seem to be served by the airport buses from Kansai Airport. It would have been useful if you included a link to the page where you see a bus serving the stop.

As you can see, while the stop is listed, there is not actually a bus serving it. This is likely due to the lack of bus drivers.
