What does a COE Confirmation number look like

May I ask what your COE number looks like?
I just tried calling the immigration office and I provided them with the number below that was given to me by Human Resources for the company I will work for in Tokyo. They said its not correct.

can you read kanji ? can you explain kanji letters by calling ? (it is not easy even for Japanese to express their names in kanji by phone.) the third letter may be not 1, could be —.@(long hyphen ?) https://www.moj.go.jp/isa/content/001394999.pdf“Œ˜J—”Fb
