Car hire and ETC

Hello everyone,

I am planning to hire a car for around 5 days in February to make my way from Gifu to Saitama.

My questions are: can an ETC card/device be included with car hire so that any highway toll use can be paid for when returning the vehicle? This would be desirable as last time out I had to make sure I hit the pay booths and this added a layer of stress to driving abroad.

Also, is it common in Japan to be able to pick up a hire car and drop it off at another location?
