Tokyo - Chiba Train Pass

Hi,
We are planning to stay in Chiba with family when we visit Tokyo and are planning to get a train into Tokyo everyday and travel around but head back to Chiba every evening, hoping we can cover most of Tokyo in 3-4 days during sakura season.
Following our trip to Tokyo, we are hoping to stay at Lake Kawaguchi for one night followed by 3/4 nights in Kyoto with day trips to Nara and Himeji.
Is there a pass that we could make use of for this trip or specifically for chiba to Tokyo trips (train+metro)?

Tokyo to chiba by JR railway 1 way =660 yen
So 660+660=1320 yen,round trip. It is still cheaper.JR Tokyo wide pass 3 day=15000 yen,expensive for Tokyo to chiba only
