Lack of parking space at Zao ropeway

I noticed that there is lacking space at Zao Ropeway Sanroku Station by 9am, by looking at the webcam below. https://www.camscape.com/webcam/zao-ropeway-ski-resort-cameras/I'm planning to go to the Zao Ropeway Sanroku Station in the morning. Is there any other public parking spots available near the Sanroku station?
