Collecting JR reservation tickets

Hi,
When I booked my Odoriko tickets online, I designated Yokohama JR East Travel centre as the pickup point. Will they allow me to collect it from the Tokyo station instead as I realise I need to run some errands there first? Itfs to late to change the original designated pickup point as I already booked and have the reservation no.
