Sekisho-in or Saizen-in in October

Both places have availability but torn and hope someone with recent experience can advise as I couldnft find any recent post for either of these temples.
Sekisho-in seems to be closer to the Okuno-in cemetery and offers a rooms with own bathroom but ratings on TA are lower than the other temple.
Saizen-in is shared bathroom but has higher ratings.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
