I have seen within this Guide the details for tickets for 2023. The internet link there is in Japanese.
I would like to know how I can purchase 2 tickets for reserved seats for the 2024 Event on October 22nd?

Last year the sale of the tickets started on September 5. You can expect the sale to start similarly late this year, as well. Or at least not for another few months.
