Is there a direct train from HND as close as possible to this hotel? I think the station is Maihama, but we have heavy luggage. How far is the hotel from the train station? I could not get this information so far.

Hotel Located in maihama city,urayasu in chiba prefecture. You can go by haneda airport limousine bus,cost 1300 yen
Direct bus from haneda airport to your hotel

No, there are no direct trains. As a matter of fact, I believe you need to transfer trains at least twice to complete the journey by train.
