Kanazawa Loop Bus

Just wondering why this is so atm?

And is it likely to change any time soon?

I don't think that an official reason was given. It was started right after the earthquake in early January. You could think it was because of decreased demand because tourists avoided the region because of the earthquake. And that may very well be the case. I doubt that the current shortage of bus drivers is an additional - or even the main - reason.

The measure is "until further notice" with no indication given how long it is going to be continued.

I wondered if it was due to the earthquake, and was unaware of a shortage of bus drivers.
As we shan't be there at a weekend I guess I shall just plan on the Kenrokuen shuttle and the right loop
