Hailey 5 cafe

I will be visiting Japan in the next few months, and I want to stay at the Hailey 5 cafe for 1-2 days, Is this place accessible for foreigners, I know you probably need a phone number for registration, but is a address required.

Does anyone have a membership to this place, can you advice the procedure on the registration.

and can you make a reservation for a private room in advance through walk-in and not online booking.

No bedding, max 12 hours’s stay at once, etc., sounds simply like a comic cafe and not an accommodation you can stay on for a few days. Is this what you are looking for?

Upon registration, they ask that you provide an ID with which they can verify your address… so foreign residents in Japan would have no problem, but for a visitor, I don’t know.
