F1 race - fastest/cheapest travel option

What is the best travel option from Nagoya to Suzuka circuit for the F1 race? the fastest and cheapest option

Kintetsu Nagoya to Shiroko

Fastest: Limited express + shuttle bus
Cheapest: Express + walking

btw I'm likely to go next year from Nagoya. Wouldn't mind sharing transportation and splitting costs.

Yes - that is beyond most people, but the train system (last time I did it) is not so great (despite the efficiency of the train system). I have a friend that drives, but he lives in Nagoya. But, if I was to go again, I would take the train.
As far as I know, train is still the best option even when leaving the track. Leaving the circuit is a bottle-neck so expect queues and delays.
