Ifm am now in Japan. I tried to buy tickets to Ghibli Museum before using the international site but despite having three devices I failed. I then used a buying service http://www.buyticketsjp.com but could only get 2 of the four tickets I wanted. Because I found the site two days after the tickets went on sale which was apparently too late in my case. I still need one adult and one child for the 8th July 10am does anybody know where I could get these tickets last minute?

Within Japan, tickets can be purchased from Lawson convenience stores (i.e. the ticket kiosks inside the stores). https://www.lawson.co.jp/ghibli_museum/english.htmlHowever, Ghibli Museum tickets tend to sell out very quickly, so if you're wanting to go on July 8, they might already be sold out.

Ghibli Museum, Mitaka mentions no other agencies than Lawson Ticket and Sunrise Tour JTB. https://www.ghibli-museum.jp/en/tickets/I don't know about the web service you used. Generally, there may be fraud, phishing and other deceptive websites to take advantage of the popularity. If you provided the information to specify your credit card, consider suspension and reissue. Check your official payment bill, and confirm how to contact your credit card company. Someone may send you gHappy Birthday!h emails to deceive you. I wish you didnft tell name or birthdate of your child. — Unfortunately, for this July, entry tickets seem sold out by Lawson Ticket (through both Japanese and English language websites) and bus tours conducted by Sunrise Tour JTB seem fully booked.

Thanks for the advice. But some of the advice is wrong. The site I used buy tickets JP is a buying service, itfs genuine. The tickets I got were from them, sent to my hotel. itfs basically tickets from the Japanese site/lawsons. But without a Japanese number to receive a text I couldnft purchase them from overseas. Ifll admit Itfs pricey but at least I got some tickets for my family.

good morning
to combat with unauthorised resell of tickets, Ghibli Museum required proof of IDs upon entry to match the names on the purchased tickets. so for the tickets which you already obtained from this third party, were they purchased under your name? otherwise is there a seller representative joining you prior to museum entry so that you can technically enter as a group?
if YES to either then it is an impressive personal service (and perhaps profit margin) despite the legitimacy
