Osaka Cycle Tours

Hi,
I am visiting Osaka in October for the first time and was looking for a cycling tour that takes in some of the good sights in Osaka.
I am staying in Dotonbori so would like something that starts close to where we will be staying.
The ones I have found so far require us to take 1 or 2 trains to get to the start point with 10 minute walks once getting off the train.
Ideally I am looking for something a bit more convenient.
We would also consider a hiking tour if you have any recommendations, we would like to see quite a bit of the city in a short space of time but equally we enjoy getting away from crowds and nature. Open to suggestions.
