Need your advise if I travel to Hiroshima on 29/10 - 3/11/2024, will I able to see autumn leaves with autumn colours.

October 29 to November 3? No, that's way too early for autumn leaves in Hiroshima.

That's too early for Tokyo as well.

Around Tokyo, maybe Nikko or Karuizawa will be around their peak.
Otherwise, Takayama and the Alps in general.
