A days Plan with the Tokyo Disney app?

Hi, I have reached a stage where I can make a day's plan using the app. My purchased ticket is in the app with its Q code. Under the heading MY PLAN I click on DPA and get this message:

Please use this feature at the Park.
* If you don't allow this app to use your location,
the app cannot determine. To use the feature,
please allow this app to use your location in the
OS setting app and restart this app.

Questions:
Does this mean I cannot choose the DPA and other options until I am at the park?

Where and how can I ' allow this app to use my location in the OS setting app ' ? and

How do I restart this app?

No experience with the app itself, but if you are using an iPhone, go to settings and scroll down to the list of installed apps. Tap on the Tokyo Disney app and there should be an option to allow it to see your location.

I'd try doing this, and suspect that it will either let you use the app normally, or if it still complains, then yes you probably need to wait until you are on site.

Yes, you are right. I checked the FAQs in the Disney App and found that I can only use the MY PLAN feature when I'm actually in the Park.

Strange that one has to wait to do this, together with 1000+ other bods doing the same thing once they arrive. I also did what you suggested within SETTINGS on my iPhone - found the Disney APP and clicked appropriately.

Elsewhere I loved your " checked in a Grand Piano " comment.
