Attraction hours in Arashiyama on Aged Day

I�fm planning a trip to Arashiyama the morning of September 16th, which happens to fall on Aged Day. It seems like most attractions will be open but I can not find specific information on things like the monkey park. Does anyone happen to know about the main attraction operating hours on that day?

Realistically it should be the same as a Sunday.
