Road closures Nov Romantic Road of Japan

Hello, I would like to do the route of the "Romantic Road of Japan" from Nikko to Ueda and finish in Nagano in a rented car. The planned departure date from Nico is 19.11.24, and arrival in Nagano on 22.11.
The route: Nikko>Oigami Onsen>Kusatsu>(pass through Karuizawa, Ueda)>Nagano
Can we do the classic route on these dates? Is there a risk of driving in the snow? Or road closures on this route due to snow?

The mountain pass between Nikko and Numata is closed for the winter between late December and late April. So, in November you will be fine.
