How to book a Limo Bus from HND?

Sorry for such a basic question. I must be missing something in my Grey Matter BUT I cannot understand how to book a Limo Bus from HND to Shinjuku on October 2nd 2024.

I click on HOW TO USE and then see HOW TO BOOK and only see how their procedure works for a 'PC or Smart Phone' booking, not how I can actually make a booking.

I would like to find where I actually put in the info required to make a booking and pay via credit card.

In - websdervice.limousinebus.co.jp - how do I put in such info as Flight arrival time and which terminal I will be at and my destination etc.

I reach a ' Select Arrival Location ' prompt which doesn't ask for the above info.

Any help will be appreciated in clearing up my Grey Matter concerns.

ken is right but you don't need to reserve beforehand, since you can't predict your actual arrival time. Normally we just go to the ticket office or the ticket vending machine to buy the next bus.

If it is not on the "rush hours" (7:00-9:00, 18:00-20:00) you may better use Monorail (or Keikyu) and JR which is far more frequent and cheaper.

thanks for your replies.

My Emirates flight is scheduled to arrive at 22:35. (Poor choice on my part.)

My challenge is to get to the last bus to Shinjuku that leaves at 23:33. Cost about €18 for the two of us. I wish to book and pay in advance for 2 seats on this bus trip.

So Plan A is get the QR code from 'Japan Web' to assist a speedy Customs and Immigration passage. This I have already done.
Then pick up our Checked In luggage (Gave up the idea of doing Carry-On Only for this 5 week holiday) and head to wherever bus departure is.

Murphy's Law will probably prevail and my Expected Plan B of taking a Taxi will apply.
Cost around €80-€90 . That's OK. A loss of €18 on the bus I didn't get to, is also OK.
I saved more than that on the cheap airfare.

I have no idea how long it will take to get off the plane, through Customs and Immigration, get luggage and then walk to the bus area. Fingers crossed.

The last train from Haneda to Shinjuku per google maps is at 23:48 to Shinagawa then Yamanote line from there. There are also a few slightly earlier options. You can buy a paper ticket upon arrival if you don�ft have an IC card from a previous trip.

If that fails you can still take a taxi.

However of the bus brings you right to your hotel I see the convenience.

As far as I searched, the flat-fare taxi from Haneda Airport to Shinjuku ward is 9800 yen (mid-night fare). There seem to be several companies with different method of reservation. I am not sure which one is better though. By the way I am now in Haneda Airport waiting for ANA flight to Sydney.

as a First Timer with Checked In Luggage plus my inexperience in Japan train travel: buying tickets- finding correct platform in a short time, I reckon the Bus is the go.

And 9800 Yen ( €62 ) taxi fare is ok. Bonus: as with the bus we get dropped off at our hotel. Easy for wife and I. :-)

there is a ticket vending machine close by the bus stop at HND
but can appreciate the last minute rush

I have used your first link and registered with them. I then tried to use the website and got nowhere. :-(

I saw the homepage with " Friendly for All " message. Then I clicked on Haneda Airport and the option showing AP - BUS symbol.

Clicked on ' Select Filter ' and saw DEP ARR options.

I am obviously wrong because I think this asks me to indicate where I leaving from and to where I will arrive.

I clicked on DEP and up pops SELECT DEPARTURE LOCATION.
Options shows are FROM AREA FROM MAP FROM HISTORY OR FAVLORITE

Then I'm stuck. I click on FROM AREA and don't see anything about HND. ???

Help please. I feel so dumb that I cannot achieve such a simple booking.

I will check the KLOOK link later but I prefer to deal direct with companies.

until 5 minutes before the bus departure time
and Y110 cancellation fee applies in the case of cancellation

Haneda Airport route.
you see DEP ARR. push the arrows (up and down sides) button in the right side.
push DEP, select the terminal of the airport.
push ARR, select your destination. your hotels or bus terminal.

Thanks anastasia for the Y110 cancellation fee details. It is great that if we cannot make the last bus I have till 23:28 to cancel or lose Y2,800. I assume there is free wifi at HND so all should be ok if needed.

Thanks also for your kind wishes about a Wonderful holiday. It will be. EG: I have just had success with booking 2 seats at the Jidai Matsuri in Kyoto on October 22nd. Printing our tickets at a 7-11 store will be fun.
